Staff Management

Who: This one-day workshop is targeted at people either moving towards or acting in a supervisory role, with the purpose of teaching you to ‘proactively' manage your people.

Content covered includes:

  • Understanding different personality styles, their strengths and weaknesses and how to better manage these 
  • How to maintain effective communication in your team 
  • Assessing performance 
  • Managing performance or behavioural issues using legal processes.
